Overview
Our recruiting firm has been retained by a non-profit, mission-driven healthcare organization to recruit their next Human Resources Officer. This financially stable and growing company has been serving their community for over 40 years! Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Officer is responsible for all HR functions within an organization of over 200 employees spanning 14 locations. Their out-patient care model is unique as they serve every patient who walks through the door – regardless of their ability to pay!

Background Profile
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Master's in HR Management or MBA is preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relation, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution
- Extensive working knowledge of state/federal employment and labor laws
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience is valued
- Experience creating training and staff development programs
- Fluency in relevant HR metrics including turnover, employee experience, performance, training and development, etc. as well as understanding of how to use those data points to support department managers, develop action plans, and set appropriate policies and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
