Our recruiting firm, Centermark Placements, has been retained by Santa Rosa Community Health to lead the search for their next Chief Financial Officer. SRCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 12 locations, multiple service lines, and an operating budget of approximately $80M.

- Play a key role in the assessment and development of a potential new service line - Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
- Stable C-Suite leadership team with all members supportive of an incoming CMO who will work collaboratively, in partnership, towards achieving the goals of organization
- Bring your knowledge of FQHC finance to bear in an organization where you will be empowered as the subject matter expert to lead meaningful change
- Leverage your experience with financial analysis and systems development to provide accurate, timely and appropriate evaluations (and forecasts) of operating and financial data making such evaluations available to all stakeholders
- Bring your Revenue Cycle toolkit and further develop Revenue Cycle operations for the organization
- Mentor key team members while laying the foundation for improved succession planning and organizational sustainability
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to foster and build relationships outside of the C-suite and provide support to your internal customers
- Competitive base salary and generous benefits package includes 100% of the health insurance premium for the employee and a 3% of base employer contribution to the retirement plan (employer contribution increases to 4.5% in year three and 6% in year seven)
Background Profile
- At least five years’ experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably in a nonprofit organization with an operating budget of at least $10M
- Prior FQHC experience is highly desirable
- Significant experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting
- Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages
