- Leverage your experience with financial analysis and systems development to provide accurate, timely and appropriate evaluations (and forecasts) of operating and financial data making such evaluations available to all stakeholders
- Bring your Revenue Cycle knowledge to bear and further develop Revenue Cycle operations for the organization
- Mentor key team members while laying the foundation for improved succession planning
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to foster and build relationships outside of the C-suite and provide support to your “internal customers”
Background Profile
- At least three years’ experience as CFO or equivalent, preferably in a nonprofit organization with an operating budget of at least $10M
- Prior FQHC experience is highly desirable
- Significant experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting
- Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages
