#1 Equity PCA Firm
Our client has been in the industry for 20 years and is consistently singled out and recognized by leadership of the most desirable client-companies in this space. Join a company you will be proud to work for!
-
Work with the best clients
Established relationships with national and local entities that are engaged in real estate ownership and transactions. Typical clients include: pension funds; realty advisors; lenders; insurance companies; real estate investment trusts; diversified real estate companies; and attorneys.
-
Easy travel schedule
Projects come on a rolling 3 week cycle. At the onset of the project, you will spend 2-3 days at the project location. The remainder of the work does not require you to be on-site.
-
Not a turn-and-burn model
If you are familiar with Property Condition Assessments for lenders, then you know it's about small fees, speed, and high volume. In contrast, this organization focuses on equity clients. This is a bigger-ticket business with a client profile that values attention to detail. What this means for you is about 1.5 PCAs per month as opposed to as many as 15 in lender-focused firms.
-
No throttle on quality
The organization doesn't throttle associates back on the quality of their work based on budgetary constraints. If you take pride in your work, you can be confident you have the support of the organization to do what it takes to deliver a quality work product
-
Family-oriented company / culture of flexibility
Do you make family life a priority or do you simply value flexibility? The leadership of the organization does and they make sure their employees maintain a positive work/life balance
-
Employees are highly valued
Although offices and associates are spread out across the US, leadership puts in the time to show people they are valued. One example of this is the annual Christmas party. Each year they fly out associates and their spouses or significant others for an all-expenses-paid holiday bash. Bonuses are issued at that time and it's an opportunity for everyone to be acknowledged for their hard work and spend quality time together over top-tier food and drink.
-
High employee-retention
People like to work here and it shows. The majority of employees have been with the organization for between 10-20 years. This is a company you can be happy growing with long term.
-
20 years in business!
Company stability is a top priority for our recruiting firm when selecting client companies to work. Our client has been going strong for the past 20 years!
-
Competitive Compensation Plan
1) Health and Dental Insurance covered at 100% for employee; 2) Paid time off (PTO) for Holidays and Vacations; 3) Participation in company sponsored 401k program with matching funds; 4) Eligible for annual company bonus.
