Overview
Pond, Robinson & Associates, LP was formed in 1998 to provide quality, independent, engineering consulting, with an emphasis on client service, to national real estate professionals, building owners, real estate advisors and managers and lenders.
For over 20 years, their team has had the opportunity to work with many real estate entities in the evaluation of existing properties as well as in the planning, design and construction of new facilities. They also represent owners during the planning, design and implementation of repairs, upgrades or retrofits to existing facilities.
Their team of professionals has a national reputation for conducting evaluations aimed at identifying potential problems with building systems and equipment. They have a diversified background in engineering, architectural design and construction management which, along with specialty subconsultants, results in a comprehensive evaluation that can be key to identifying issues with real estate facilities, developing solutions, and assisting with the implementation of those solutions.
They have the ability to provide an overview of an existing facility or an evaluation of plans and specifications for new construction. They follow the proposed project through construction and completion to assist their clients in receiving the product that meets their requirements.

The Role You Will Play
- Pre-Development Feasibility Reviews
- Document Design Reviews (DDR's) for new construction developments
- Construction Monitoring and Draw Review (CMDR) site visits for new development projects across the US
- Assist with Property Condition Assessments and other projects
- Project Types include Office, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality, Multi-family, Mixed-use, and more
Background Profile
- 5-10 years experience performing Construction Monitoring services
- Registered Architect or Engineer is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or other related degree is required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a collaborative working environment
- Works effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Narrative report writing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Communicates effectively both internally and with clients
