The Role You Will Play
- Construction Loan Monitoring for Equity Clients
- Projects will be assigned primarily in the West Palm Beach and Tampa Bay areas with approximately 1 week of travel per month to jobs sites and 3 weeks working on reports, coordinating with clients, etc.
- Position can be based out of Atlanta Georgia area or West Palm Beach/Tampa/Surrounding areas
Construction Monitoring Scope includes:
- Pre-development Feasibility Review: Document Review; Permits and Approvals
- Design Review: Construction Document Review; Construction Contract Review; Construction Schedule Review
- Construction Monitoring and Oversight: Construction Monitoring; Construction Issue Review and Reporting
- Building Construction Punch List and Close-out Inspection
Background Profile
- 5-10 years’ or more of experience providing Construction Monitoring services
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field of study related to Construction, Architecture, or Engineering is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a collaborative working environment
- Works effectively as part of a team as well as independently
- Narrative report writing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Communicates effectively both internally and with clients
