The hiring organization pays for our services including any costs associated with candidate lodging and transportation (if any) during the interview process.

When possible (depending on any confidentiality restrictions), we check references in advance of presenting a candidate to one of our clients as part of our vetting process.

Additionally, we offer to clear references for our clients as part of a final offer process when desired.  We use a questionnaire to interview each reference and provide their ratings, comments, recommendations, and contact information for your Human Resources file.

The first step in our process is an introductory call so that we can properly assess your needs and see if we might be a fit to work together.
